Update on Renovations
After I found the wet spot and dry rot under our old tile kitchen floor, we’ve been dealing with all sorts of fun little problems and interesting solutions.
We needed a contractor. My boss is a realtor and owns multiple rental properties. He has one contractor who has done 90% of the work on all of his rentals and our office and works for cheap. One problem solved.
